1. OUR SERVICES

24Buy7 provides vending machine solutions including product sales, machine installation, inventory management, and digital platforms (VendFast) for clients, partners, and users.

Our Services include:

  • Vending machine operations at client locations
  • Product sales (B2C via machines)
  • B2B services (machine rentals, installations, subscriptions)

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content, software, dashboards, workflows, and systems are the exclusive property of 24Buy7.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute our software or system
  • Reverse engineer or exploit any part of the platform

3. USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using our Services, you confirm that:

  • You provide accurate information
  • You will comply with applicable laws
  • You will not misuse the machines or platform

4. PRODUCTS

Products sold through vending machines:

  • Are subject to availability
  • May vary by location
  • Include MRP-based pricing

24Buy7 ensures reasonable quality checks but does not manufacture all products.

5. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

  • All purchases via machines are final once processed
  • Payment methods may include UPI, cards, or wallets
  • Prices include applicable taxes

For B2B clients:

  • Monthly billing applies for machine rentals/services
  • Invoices are generated digitally
  • Payment timelines must be adhered to

6. RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of vending:

  • Products are generally non-returnable
  • Refunds are issued only in case of:
  • Failed dispensing
  • Incorrect charges
  • Verified complaints

Refunds are processed after verification via support.

7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users must not:

  • Tamper with vending machines
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems
  • Misuse complaint systems
  • Engage in fraudulent transactions

8. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS

Users (including RFPs, vendors, clients) may upload:

  • Data
  • Feedback
  • Reports
  • Images

You are responsible for accuracy and legality of submitted content.

9. CONTRIBUTION LICENCE

By submitting data/content, you grant 24Buy7 a non-exclusive right to:

  • Use
  • Store
  • Process
  • Analyze

For operational and analytical purposes.

10. MOBILE APPLICATION LICENCE

24Buy7 grants a limited, non-transferable license to use its apps for:

  • Inventory
  • Complaint handling
  • Machine operations

You will not:

  • Copy or resell the app
  • Modify system workflows

11. ADVERTISERS

Third-party brands may advertise or sell via our machines.
24Buy7 is not responsible for:

  • Product claims made by brands
  • External promotions

12. SERVICES MANAGEMENT

We reserve the right to:

  • Monitor system usage
  • Restrict access
  • Suspend accounts for misuse

All actions are logged and auditable.

13. PRIVACY POLICY

Your data is handled as per our Privacy Policy.
We collect:

  • Usage data
  • Transaction data
  • Operational data

Data is used for improving service, analytics, and compliance.

14. TERM AND TERMINATION

We may terminate access:

  • For violations of terms
  • For non-payment (B2B clients)
  • Upon contract completion

Machine deactivation may stop services and billing.

15. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS

We may:

  • Update systems
  • Modify features
  • Temporarily suspend services for maintenance

We are not liable for downtime.

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

17. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Disputes shall be resolved through:

  • Then: Arbitration under Indian law

23. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES

By using our Services:

24. SMS TEXT MESSAGING

You may receive:

  • Alerts
  • OTPs
  • Service notifications

Standard messaging charges may apply.

25. MISCELLANEOUS

  • These Terms constitute the full agreement
  • If any clause is invalid, others remain effective
  • Failure to enforce does not waive rights
